Solutions to Common Issues Encountered by CIM Clients
After uploading my Assessment (ILI), there is no data visible on the column mapping screen.
After selecting a pipe segment, and specific anomaly to view, the 3D pipe image is blank
Solution: in order to resolve this issue with Chrome perform the following steps:
Navigate to: chrome://flags/
Set "Override software rendering list" to Enabled, it should look like the following screenshot:
Click on the "Relaunch Now" button in blue at the bottom of the page.
The 3D pipe image should now be visible.

Dig Lists
Q - Can I customize my own Dig Notes to auto-populate into the Dig Lists?
A - Yes, we will work with each client to enter their own customized Dig Notes.
Tool Run Acceptance
Q - For partial tool run acceptance, can we add odometer for reference to the screen?
A - Currently, this feature is not available. New features can be requested and voted on through the "Feedback" process, and voted on to raise the priority.
The Profile ID determines what you see on the landing page (i.e., Role Center) when you open the software. In this scenario, it is likely that your Profile ID setting has changed. To check your setting:
- Search on or open Users.
- Open your user card.
- Find the Profile ID field and change as necessary.
There are several profiles in the software. If the field is blank, the software will use the default profile/role center.
